I washed it once prior to use, as recommended, and it is falling apart. The "collar" that is sewn around the towel is completely coming un-stiched and there are loose threads all over the towel. This is really too bad as it is otherwise really cute and the towel itself feels nice and thick. I would like to exchange this for a new one, but am worried about getting the same quality. Especially given the two other reviews. Perhaps I'll just return it for a refund.
